We process your order as quickly as possible, and dispatch twice weekly, on a Monday and Thursday. So please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
Your order will be delivered by the Royal Mail.
All orders require a signature when they are delivered.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item purchased from our site, then please contact us within 48 hours of delivery quoting your order number.
Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your full name, e-mail address and contact telephone number. We will make every effort to replace the item as quickly as possible. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, you have the right to refuse the order and contact us immediately.
We take pride in making sure we send your order in perfect condition. However, if you need a refund the items need to be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of you receiving it.
To process your return firstly contact us with your original order number.
Please ensure the clothing item(s) you are returning are are unused, unwashed and in as new condition. For any item returned within 14 days we can offer to exchange the item, of the same price, for a different size or colour, dependant on stock availability. If you want a refund this is fine and the purchase price will be refunded, less the cost of postage.
Should any item be faulty please contact us and follow the returns policy to obtain your returns reference code.
We can’t accept returns without a valid order number.
Until they arrive with us, returns are your responsibility, and for peace of mind you may prefer to use a recorded delivery service for your returned item(s). The cost of return postage is undertaken by customers.
